Step ONE — Prepare Your First Pickup
For your first pickup, please place your laundry in standard white 13-gallon trash bags and leave them in your designated pickup location.
Alaska Laundry Lady will collect your laundry and return it fresh, folded, and organized in our personalized eco-friendly reusable canvas laundry bags.
After your first delivery, simply refill your canvas bags for future pickups and let the process begin!
Step TWO — We Wash, Dry & Fold with Care
Your laundry is washed, dried, and carefully folded with attention to detail.
Every household’s laundry is handled individually and never mixed with other customers.
Step THREE — Fresh Laundry Delivered
Your clean laundry is returned neatly folded in your Alaska Laundry Lady canvas bags, ready to go straight into drawers or closets.

Your Laundry Bags
After your first pickup, Alaska Laundry Lady will return your laundry in personalized eco-friendly canvas laundry bags designed to make future pickups simple and organized.
Just refill your bag for the next scheduled pickup and place it in your designated location.
The Two-Bag System
To keep things running smoothly, each household receives two reusable laundry bags.
This allows one bag to be used while the other is being returned, making weekly service easy and consistent.
Example:
Week 1: Customer fills Bag A u2192 Alaska Laundry Lady picks it up and returns it clean.
Week 2: Customer fills Bag B u2192 Alaska Laundry Lady picks it up while Bag A is ready for next week.
This system ensures there is always a bag ready for the next pickup.

• Laundry is always washed and separated by household
